Pure New Wool Herringbone Throw Winter Sky

Soft powder blue and deep charcoal grey come together in this timeless herringbone wool throw, woven with a beautifully balanced contrast that feels both fresh and enduring. The classic weave brings gentle texture and depth, while the darker fringe adds definition and warmth.

Naturally insulating and wonderfully versatile, it sits effortlessly within both contemporary and traditional interiors. Drape it across a sofa or armchair for everyday comfort, layer it at the foot of the bed, or take it outdoors on cooler evenings in the garden.

Woven from pure new wool, this throw is warm, breathable and hardwearing, designed for years of use and easy living. If paired with a purpose-made cotton drawstring bag, it also makes an ideal companion for weekends away, coastal walks, picnics and outdoor gatherings.

A practical yet refined wool throw with timeless appeal and comforting warmth throughout the seasons.

Size: 150 x 183 cm (including tassels)

  • Composition: 100% pure new wool
  • Origin: Made in Britain.

Product Care

The manufacturer recommends professional clean only.

Alternatively, the throw can be carefully hand washed or machine washed on a cool wool setting using a wool-approved detergent such as Woolskin Premium Woolwash.

If machine washing, place the throw in a WashSafe bag to protect the tassels. Do not spin.

Allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry.

N.B. Never use regular laundry detergent on wool. Even “gentle” or non-bio detergents usually contain bleach, which will cause irreparable damage.

Origin & Sustainability

Made in Britain from 100% pure new wool, which is ethically sourced, certified and independently audited.

Sustainable – wool is a natural and fully sustainable fibre from a renewable source. Wool is nature’s technical wonder fibre and has many inherent qualities that can't be reproduced by manmade fibres.

Micro-climate control – natural fibres help to regulate your body temperature, actively keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

Anti-microbial – wool is naturally anti-microbial due to the fibre protein composition and unique surface scale structure on which bacteria are unable to survive.

Natural flame resistance – wool is naturally flame-resistant and self-extinguishing, and doesn't melt. It is one of the few fibres that don't need coating with artificial flame-resistant chemicals.

Dirt repellent – the antistatic nature of wool reduces the attraction of lint and dust, and the microscopic surface scales prevent dirt from penetrating the fibre surface.

Asthma-friendly – dust mites are a key trigger for Asthma attacks; they cannot survive on wool, making it a perfect choice for asthma sufferers.
