Return Process

  Carefully pack your wool products in their original boxes, ensuring all tags remain attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
